Home Depot's standard policy allows for returns within 90 days of purchase. If you used a Home Depot Commercial Credit Card, you may have up to 365 days.
Critical Appliance Rule
Major appliances (fridges, washers, etc.) must be inspected upon delivery. You only have 48 hours to report damage or defects for a return. For gas-powered equipment, returns must be made within 30 days and the item must be drained of fuel.
